描述
1、文件管理-->文书档案-->无条目挂接，报错：

2、整理归档-->文书档案-->无条目挂接，挂接失败，提示：电子文件(微信图片_20220705142037.jpg):保存出错!
最终：档案有新增，但是全文未显示
